This notice explains what CJ Flight Design does with your details when you contact us or buy from this website.
What is collected
When you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, what you want engraved, and any artwork you upload. When you send an enquiry: the details you put in your email.
Why
Only to make and post your order, send you the layout to approve, and reply to you. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this website. Stripe’s own privacy notice is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Visitor statistics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not identify you personally.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Uploaded artwork is deleted automatically 12 months after your order.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details held about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how your details are handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
