Every set from CJ Flight Design is engraved to your own design, so it is made for you and nobody else.
Change of mind
Because each order is personalised, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once the layout has been approved and cutting has started. This is the standard UK position for goods made to the customer’s specification.
Faulty or not as approved
If your flights arrive damaged, faulty, or different from the layout you approved, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. It will be re-made or refunded. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Before it is cut
If you change your mind before you have approved the layout, get in touch and your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
